Unlike combination pesticide products, this is a straight fertilizer designed to boost soil pH and nourish established residential and commercial lawns without active weed or insect controls.

  Acts as a soil conditioner and carrier. It provides readily available calcium to strengthen plant cell structure while helping neutralize acidic conditions and optimize soil pH over time.

• 13-0-4 Maintenance Nutrient Blend:

  • 13% Nitrogen (30% PCU): Formulated with 30% Polymer-Coated Urea (PCU) to provide a gradual, controlled supply of nitrogen over 6 to 8 weeks. This steady feeder minimizes flash growth and leaching while sustaining a healthy green color.
